Ballroom Blast! Fitness & Tone

An energetic & fun ballroom based workout that’ll get your heart pumping, your muscles toned and your body moving to feel-good music. It’s an invigorating mix of low & high impact moves offering a dynamic workout that’ll leave you laughing out loud.

Each dance has different fitness aims – some that give you a cardio workout, others that have more shaping and stretching to build strength, and then slower dances to help tone.

The tone routines engage your leg & glute muscles whilst resistance bands are used to strengthen and tone the upper body. There is less stress to the joints than experienced with other types of resistance training plus you don’t need a partner to dance with !
