Friday Social Dance

North Mymms Memorial Hall, Station Road, Welham Green AL9 7PG

8.00 pm – 10.00 pm

Held every Friday night this is a fun night of Ballroom and Latin social dance with informal tuition to traditional and modern music. Our dances are open to everyone at all levels of dance experience. There’s a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, sprung dance floor and off-street parking.

Dance advice and help available.

Refreshments provided.

Suitable for any age, ability and level of fitness.

Lower impact dance fitness class that helps improve balance, posture and general fitness levels.

BALLROOM BLAST! FITNESS & TONE     6.00-7.00PM
A total body workout that increases your energy levels, strengthens and tones your body. Low intensity and high intensity moves are mixed up in a calorie blasting class.

£8.00 per class or £28 for 4-weekly Class Pass

SIMPLY STRETCH                7.10-7.45PM        
Make a start to feeling better, more flexible and relaxed using our safe methods of stretching and see improvements in every session!
