Tony and I would really recommend Nick’s Dance School for Latin and Ballroom lessons. The individual attention from the teachers is fantastic and really helps build up your confidence. The emphasis is on fun and lessons are adapted to meet the needs of those in the group. We had never danced before and feel now that we are learning so much week by week. Cannot recommend it highly enough for building up your fitness levels as well as your mental agility. So glad we are doing it !

Always fun. A great way to learn a new skill, socialise and enjoy yourself, whilst getting some exercise! The teachers are friendly and not intimidating for new beginners. If you want to give it a go but are feeling a little hesitant, don’t be shy and give it a try!
